This is my first website and I don’t know where to start. Can you help me?

Webgrain offers free consultation on all services. You will have a Project Manager assigned to you for all your questions along the way. We help you right from the start!

Can you help improve an existing site?

Yes. We can usually redesign or freshen up an existing site faster, and for less money than building one from scratch. We can even change a static site over to one with easy content management so you can take the control and make updates.

Can you use my existing logo, brochure design, and other materials for my website?

You bet. If your logo and promotional materials are not in electronic format, we can convert them to a format appropriate for your website. Your online content and branding should be consistent with your existing image that your customers already know. We can integrate nearly any type of existing digital file.

What is the turnaround time?

We know that time is money. Webgrain takes pride in providing you with a quick turnaround, completing most websites just 2-6 weeks after receiving the client’s text and images. Even if you need something quick or on a tight budget, we’ve got you covered. Yes, some more complex sites do have a longer development time. We give up-front turnaround estimates on all websites and do everything in our power to hit deadlines.

What information should I pull together to help prepare?

We will need your company profile, contact info, products and services, and any other information you intend to present on your website. Brochures, logos, photographs, business cards etc. are all great resources to use. If you are a new business our designers and copywriters we can help you get started from scratch- from logo to content.

Who writes the copy/text for the website?

You can be responsible for writing the copy/text for your website and we will place your supplied copy on the website for you. However, if you need assistance at any stage, Webgrain has professional copywriters to work with you throughout the process.

What about graphics and photos?

You can provide these or we can provide thousands of royalty free stock photos, graphics and illustrations at a nominal fee.

How much input do I have?

We welcome your input! The more input we receive from you the better. We want your site to look and function the way to you intended.

Can you host our website and register our domain name?

You bet. We charge a low $17.50 monthly fee for web hosting. Domain Names are $20/Year. We provide with custom email accounts and a fantastic control panel to check your web visitor stats too.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?

Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name or register a new one for you.

Do I have to host with you?

No, unlike other companies we don’t make hosting with us mandatory. However, choosing to host with has advantages. You just have one single and reliable point of contact for your website needs and you don’t have to worry about any technical aspects of managing your hosting account and servers.

What does ‘Website Maintenance or Updates’ mean?

Website Maintenance or Website Updates refers to changes made to your website after the initial development. You can choose to update your website with our easy Content Management System or we can update you site quickly and affordably as well. Search engines love fresh content!

Do you have experience with directories, intranets and complex sites?

Absolutely. Our programmers are senior level developers with years of experience.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do. We typically break up the payments into 3 installments. We offer this payment plan to help make the website you want more affordable.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. We also accept Paypal, Checks, Money Orders and Western Union.

Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?

Phone support is available during Business Hours. We give you phone numbers of key individuals and in case of emergency after business hours where you can reach them.
